We always inform you before we collect your personal data. Your personal data enables us to provide you with a good and relevant service. When you are a customer of Asap Design, you accept the processing of your personal data that is mentioned in this personal data policy.

When you make a purchase, you provide information such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail and whether you are acting on behalf of yourself or a company or public institution. We do not collect information about your behavior when you visit Asap Design's website. We do not collect information sent from your device (phone, tablet or computer) when you use asapdesign.dk. This includes information about your device ID, device type, browser type, length of visit, geographical location, referral URL, electronic address (eg IP and MAC address), terminal equipment and connection information and preferences. No personal data is collected via cookies, tracking URLs, beacons, etc

2. Use of personal data, purpose and basis of processing
We collect and use personal data in connection with the functions and purposes described below. We can also process your personal data for other purposes if we are entitled or obliged to do so according to the law (e.g. in relation to state security).

We use your personal information to ensure that you get the best possible experience with asapdesign.dk. When you are a customer with us, you accept that we process your personal data for the purposes described in this section.

• Your basic information (name, address, telephone number and email) is used in connection with ordering and delivery of your goods. Only your name and address are shared with the supplier who makes the delivery. The supplier only has access to your name and address during the actual delivery. Should we contact you in connection with the order, this will only happen from our store. Your phone number and email address will not be shared with others without your consent.
• Information about your purchases and delivery of goods and services, your telephone number and your email is used in connection with recalls and other legally required information. In this connection, you will be contacted by the store, and the information will not be shared with others.
• In connection with your purchase, you provide your card details. We do not store the card details. You must enter the information again for a new purchase.
• Your data will not be saved. You can sign up for a newsletter where we store your email. You can unsubscribe from this service at any time.

Processing of personal data that we collect through cookies is based on your consent. You can read more about the conditions for giving consent in section 3 below.

3. Consent
When you shop on our website, we collect and process your personal data on the basis of your consent, cf. section 2 above. The information is not saved when the purchase is completed, apart from statutory information about sales.

Please note that you cannot withdraw your consent once the purchase has been completed. If you are in doubt, you can contact us (see contact details in section 8 below).

If you withdraw your consent, we will stop processing your personal data, unless we are entitled or obliged to continue processing or storing your personal data on another basis, including in accordance with the law.

This does not include consent to marketing, e.g. email or SMS, which can always be withdrawn at shop.asapdesign.dk under "newsletter registration" on the website.

We do not store your personal data.
We store your invoices for up to 6 years in accordance with the Accounting Act.

5. Security
We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures to ensure an adequate level of security. Thus, we do our best to ensure the quality and integrity of your personal data when you shop on the website.

When we collect and use your personal data, you have a number of rights.

You have the right to gain insight into the personal data that we process about you (we do not process information about you), with certain exceptions provided for by law.
