When purchasing goods on, you must fill in your personal information such as name, address and payment information. Once the payment has been approved, you will receive a purchase confirmation from us. Only when you have received this confirmation has a purchase agreement been entered into. When the item is sent to you, you will receive a delivery confirmation that the item has been sent, which includes a tracking number.

Normal delivery time will be 2-5 working days for a parcel shop. Delivery to private addresses can take up to 10 days. Other deadlines apply for deliveries abroad.


Denmark delivers goods with GLS Denmark. A fee from DKK 49.00 is added to the purchase to cover shipping costs.
For purchases over DKK 750.00, delivery is free in Denmark (excluding Greenland and the Faroe Islands - contact the store and find out more about the options).
You can also choose to collect from our store in Copenhagen at Rosengården 8, kld., 1174 København K, without shipping costs.

Abroad also ships goods abroad. When shipping abroad, DKK 299.00 is added to cover shipping costs.

If you order from an EU country, Danish VAT is paid, but no customs duty according to the rules on the free movement of goods. If, on the other hand, you order from a country outside the EU, local taxes and duties may be imposed, for which we cannot be held responsible, but in return Danish VAT is deducted. If this is the case, you will be contacted by the shipping company. Please be aware that this may delay the shipment quite a bit, as the goods are held back in customs. From there it is your responsibility to contact the shipping company and pay the additional costs incurred.

We send all goods with GLS Danmark, this makes it possible to track the package should problems arise. The goods are insured during shipment and upon receipt please check the contents of the package. If the package and/or contents are damaged when you receive it, you must report it to the chosen provider immediately, or no later than 2 days after receipt, and return the item to us. is not responsible for goods that are damaged during transport. We always pack the goods securely, so that the risk of shipping damage is minimised.

At we focus on sustainability, therefore we recycle where we can and packages sent from are often sent in recycled packaging.

In the event of sold-out items, we will contact you by phone or email and agree whether you want to wait for the item to be in stock again. However, should delays occur with GLS Denmark or another provider, cannot be held responsible. Please note that deliveries to Bornholm and other small islands can take up to 5 days in certain cases.

If your package doesn't arrive or you get impatient, contact us in the store at . Remember to find your order number. We will then find a tracking number on your package.

At, you have a 14-day full right of return if you regret your purchase or are not satisfied with the item, as long as the item is returned in unused condition, without signs of use or wear. The responsibility for return packages lies with the sender and we therefore recommend sending return goods as insured packages.

Once the item has been received and approved, we will return the purchase amount to your account. Please note that you must pay for return shipping yourself. We only refund to the credit card with which the goods were purchased. This is to avoid illegal use of stolen credit cards.

If you have received a gift that was purchased at and wish to return the item, we can exchange it for another item of the same value. If, on the other hand, you find an item that is more expensive, you have the option to pay the difference and have it sent instead. Costs in connection with returns and new delivery are covered by you. In both cases, you must contact the store at . Returns are made as described under the right of return. Unfortunately, the money cannot be refunded to a credit card other than the one that paid for the gift.

COMPLAINTS acts under the Purchase Act and under the guidelines given by the Danish Consumer Agency. Complaints take place in accordance with the rules of the Purchase Act. We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery or similar. Condition of the item when you send it back:
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words – you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value. In order to receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You may test the product, but not actually use it.

Money will only be deducted from the payment card when we send the item to you for shipping with GLS Danmark. All prices at are stated in DKK and include 25% VAT, unless the item is for a non-EU country. See the section with CUSTOMS AND VAT.

We reserve the right, without notice, to change the price of products that may have made a typing error when the product was posted on the webshop.
We reserve the right to change the price of a product, even after the customer has ordered via the webshop, but before the customer has paid for the purchase. In such a case, the customer will be required to pay additionally for the product if it is still desired. All this will of course happen before any money has been withdrawn from the payment card.
